Welcome to BP2S (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, BP2S's URL (the “Website”), and apply specifically to our consulting and government contracting consultatory services. By using the Site, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms of use (“Terms of Use”), which incorporate our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

4. Use any manual process to monitor or copy Site content or to engage in any unauthorized purpose without the express prior written consent of BP2S;

6. Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the Site’s security features or operational controls.

You acknowledge that unauthorized or unlawful use of the Site may violate applicable state and federal laws and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

• Your violation of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy; or
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Security and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)

BP2S follows generally accepted industry standards and reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site. BP2S is committed to protecting information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The Site is not authorized to receive, store, or process Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, source selection sensitive information, or any information subject to federal safeguarding requirements unless expressly agreed to in writing under a separate contract or secure system.

You agree not to transmit, upload, or otherwise provide CUI or other sensitive government information through the Site, including via contact forms, email links, or file uploads. Any such information submitted through the Site will be deemed non-confidential and submitted at your own risk.

While BP2S maintains safeguards designed to protect information, BP2S cannot and does not guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on the Site. Any transmission of information is done at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
